Wiggle Wiggle- I Work Out
Challenge: Burn 7,000 Calories through high cardio workouts.
I’m currently on day 3. Yesterday I only burned 400 because I learned of a new machine. The Arc by Cybex. It’s the devil version of the elliptical. Man was that a lesson learned getting on it. I never knew I have some of the muscles that are sore this morning! Well I’ll have to pick up the slack of the 600 calories throughout the next 5 days.
Just hoping this pays off even though this challenge is CRAZZZY!
